The receptionist was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. He helped us find a place to eat during Ramadan and booked a city tour with a patient and professional driver. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's location next to a supermarket and taxis passing by made it convenient for transportation. The staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing any requests and providing extra amenities. The hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

We got a room with roll in showers. Location: the hotel was close to Morocco in winter and old medina.

The room was a good size and had a romantic feel, complete with a refrigerator, washing machine, and glassware, and the comfortable beds were complemented by a pleasant pool area.

The rooms at Hotel Arena Fes are amazing! They come with everything you need for a cozy stay, like air conditioning and a desk. Plus, the terrace with a city view is a great place to relax and take in the sights. The private bathroom and flat-screen TV are definite bonuses too.

Personally, I found the CD player in the room a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my preference.

Staff provided cork screw, extra towels, taxis. Extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel right next to supermarket, taxis pass by easily. 30dh, 20 minutes to tanneries.
